Pondicherry | September | 28, 2015 :: Department of Tourism Studies Pondicherry University along with Ministry of Tourism, Puducherry celebrated World Tourism Day fest from 25^th of September till 27^th of Spetember, 2015. The event was organised at Rock Beach, Puducherry. Many cultural programme and competition were organised during this fest . Akash Ankur student of MSc. Electronic Media Pondicherry University, Graduated from Central University of Jharkhand, Ranchi Mass Communication Dept. backed up with 1^st prize in Photography Competition. The theme of World Tourism Day 2015 was “One Billion Tourist, One Billion Opportunities” declared by United Nation World Tourism Organisation (UNWTO).
