Ranchi, Jharkhand 27 December 2014 :: BSNL carnival – 2014 was inaugurated in Aqua World, Near Rajbhawan, Ranchi. Carnival was inaugurated by Prabha Devi Sahdeo, Prashant Singh [ IG, Police Housing ] & Sujit Kumar [ GM, BSNL ].
The Sponser of the Carnival is Cosmic Bajaj. A dance peogramme was also organized on this ocassion.
