Delhi | September | 19, 2018 :: Delhi Legal Service Authority (East, Shahdara, North-East) organised a legal awareness programme for police officers of all the three districts on the topic “Victime of Crime : Use of section 357, 357A Crpc & Delhi Victim Compensation Scheme, 2015” on 18 Sept 2018 at Karkardooma Courts, Delhi.
Mr. Naveen Gupta, Ld. Addl Secretary, DLSA, was the chief guest-cum-resource person for the aforesaid programme who addressed the participants and had interactive session with them. He threw the light on various latest judgments of Hon’ble Higher Courts on the topics. He responded to various queries raised by the participants satisfactorily.
Mr. Pawan Kumar, Secretary (DLSA)/East, Mr. Arvind Bansal, Secreatry, DLSA/North-East and Mr. Akash Jain, Secretary (DLSA)/Shahdara were also present on the occasion. A big number of police officers were present as participants. Programme was appreciated by all concerned.
