(The state CID produced the Barkagaon legislator, who was arrested from New Delhi on Saturday for funding and forming Jharkhand Tigers and Jharkhand Bachao Andolan, before the court of sub divisional judicial magistrate, Garima Mishra on Wednesday.

Sao will be produced again before the court on Thursday along with other co-accused of the case, who have been languishing in Hazaribagh based jail.

A CID team led by investigating officer Anuranjan Kispotta took Sao to Hazaribagh after his release from the Ranchi based Rajendra Institute of Medical Sciences, where he was admitted for chest pains since Sunday.

Coming out of RIMS in police custody, Sao said, “People know about everything. I have been falsely implicated in the case. Truth will prevail. I have full faith on judiciary”. )
