Ranchi, Jharkhand | Friday | 03, 2016 :: On the occasion of World Environment Day on 5 June 2016, Giridih district administration is organizing a “Gaurav Yatra” to celebrate the Open defecation Free (ODF) status in 54 villages of 17 panchayats in the district.
The programme is being organized in collaboration with the departments of Drinking Water & Sanitation, Education, Women & Child Development, Health and Family Welfare, Forest and Environment, Agriculture, Panchayati Raj, Food Supply and the Police.
