Ranchi, Jharkhand | July| 28, 2015 :: Laying stress at timely monitoring through IT, Chief Minister of Jharkhand Raghubar Das said that the Govt. is endeavoring to adopt IT for making the system accountable & responsible. Talking to R.S. Sharma, Information & Technology Secretary, Govt. of India, he said that the Central Govt. is being requested to establish Tele medicine & Tele consultancy at I.S.M. Dhanbad on IIT Patna pattern. Mr. Sharma was on a courtesy meeting with the Chief Minister at Project Building.
He said that Aadhar number is being linked up with the bank accounts of the people for direct benefit transfer. He said that Jharkhand is the state of immense possibilities & the youths are laborious. To foster skill in the youths, the Govt. has arranged special training package under National Skill Development Mission. Apart from using IT in Dairy, the Govt. endeavors to use IT in the production of silk & lacquer.
Mr Sharma assured the Chief Minister to provide all types of technical support. He said that digitalization of land database will help in decreasing the family land disputes.
In the meeting, Development Secretary R. S. Poddar, Principal Secretary, Mining & Geological Department & Secretary to the CM Mr. Sunil Kumar Burnwal were present.
