Ranchi, Jharkhand | August | Wednesday | 26, 2015 :: Chief Minister of Jharkhand Raghubar Das will inaugurate Kuchai Silk Expo in hotel Radisson Blue on 27th August 2015. Jharcraft, an enterprise of Industry Department, has been organizing Kuchai Silk Expo all over the nation for the last few years for the publicity & marketing of silk.
Apart from Jharkhand, silk produce of Bihar, Bengal, Tamil Nadu, Orissa, Karnataka, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Chattisgarh and Jammu & Kashmir which include Kanjiwaram, Banarasi, Sambhalpur, Bomkai, Khandua & Chanderi Sarees & many other items will be exhibited & sold in the exhibition. This time handloom companies like Co-optex ( Tamilnadu) & Boyanika( Orissa) are also participating in the silk expo.
