New Delhi | February | Tuesday | 02, 2016 :: SGT University & INBA [Indian National Bar Association ] will organize India’s First Paperless Environmental Law Moot Court Competition on 4th -6th March, 2016 at SGT University, Delhi-NCR.
The principal objective of INBA – SGT Moot Court Competition on Environment Law is to develop an increased awareness and interest in Environment Law in academic institutions throughout Indian sub-continent. This is going to be one of its kind Moot-Court as going by its theme, the proceedings and recordings will also be done paperless. A further objective is to use Environment Law to further academic excellence in the student community, and to develop their advocacy skills in an environment of friendly competition. Considering the Climate Change deal and the plight of all living beings across the globe, moot problem in this competition will present a challenge which can only be surmounted with acuity, clarity of thought, thorough research, composure along with flawless presentation and eloquence.
