 Induction Ceremony : St. Anthony's SchoolRanchi, Jharkhand 29 January 2015 :: On 29th January 2015 St. Anthony’s School inducted the newly elected Students Council with the Theme “He who has learnt how to obey, will know how to command” at School Auditorium. This day is special for the family of St. Anthony’s as it is the birthday of Late Madam Sylvia Francis , the Co-founder of the school.

The Principal , Mr.C.A.Francis, warmly welcomed the gathering . The Chief Guest on this auspicious day was Lt. Col. A.K Das. Induction Ceremony : St. Anthony's SchoolThe anchor of the day was Mrs. A. Agarwal. A special mass was arranged in the memory of the Co Founder of the school, Late Madam Francis birth anniversary under Rev. Father Renato .The programme comprised the reading of the Annual Report (2014-15) by the Head Boy Chetan Kejriwal, the Handing Over Ceremony and the Oath Taking Ceremony. The outgoing Captains and Vice –Captains along with the Head Boy and Head Girl handed over the charge of their office to the Principal of the school, Mr. C.A. Francis. The newly elected Captains were administered the oath of office by Mrs. M. Cooke, the Vice Principal of the school. The newly elected Head Boy is Mast. Ankit Chatterjee and the newly elected Head Girl is Miss Shruti Kumari. The newly elected Sports Captain is Miss Snehi Sinha.

The founder Principal of   the school, Mr. .J. V. Francis congratulated all the members of the newly elected Students Council. He also appreciated the efforts of the outgoing council members and asked the new leaders to follow the old ones.

The Chief Guest, Lt. Col. A.K Das , graced the occasion by sharing his experience. He said that to achieve success in life one should dream big and work hard as well as work smart . He quoted, “To whom much is given, much is required ”.He wished the newly elected student council members all the best for their future

Mrs. A. Kumar proposed the vote of thanks. The programme ended with the National Anthem.
