Dhanbad, Jharkhand 09 December 2014 :: “Jharkhand will shine with its ‘Black Diamond’ (Coal), which is the bounty and blessings to the state”, said Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Modi promised for additional exchequer growth of 20,000 crore form coal to the state. “I am on move and needs peoples support”, he said while addressing to huge gathering of people at Barbadda airstrip in Dhanbad on Tuesday. Modi was on campaign trail for the assembly election which going to be held on 14 December.
