Ranchi, 24 Feb, 2019: Xavier Institute of Social Service (XISS) is a Jesuit-run business school in Ranchi, India. It was established in 1955 by Michael A. Windey with the objective of training young men and women in Rural Development, Personnel Management and Industrial Relations.
Today, it is a leading institute in the state as a centre of education, with the motto ‘Putting the last first’.
A candidate desirous of seeking admission in Xavier Institute of Social Service, Ranchi will have to appear in an all India level management admission test. XAT 2019, CAT 2018 and CMAT 2019 are the only approved examinations through which a candidate can apply to XISS Ranchi.
Aspiring candidates will have to apply online separately at XISS website, www.xiss.ac.in. The process of filling up forms for seeking admission at XISS will remain open from Oct 05th, 2018 to Feb 25th, 2019.For online registrations, the Registration Fee can be paid through online transactions using Credit / Debit / ATM cards / Online Banking.
Total numbers of seats available in Two Years Full-time Post Graduate Diploma Programmes in Management (PGDM) are seventy five (75) each in Human Resource Management and Rural Management and sixty (60) each in Information Technology, Finance and Marketing Management specialization. Out of the above fifty per cent seats are reserved for SC/ST and Christian candidates who belong to ST/SC category.

The Placement Team at XISS, Ranchi is pleased to announce another successful year for the final placements for the PGDM batch of 2017-19.
