Ranchi, Jharkhand June 10, 2015 :: The Department of Drinking Water & Sanitation and UNICEF have organized an Open Defecation Free (ODF) celebration at 9.00 am tomorrow, 11 June 2015 in South Tundul Gram Panchayat of Nagri Block in Ranchi district.
South Tundul GP recently achieved ODF status and all households in the GP have a toilet in the premises.
DWSD’s brand ambassador and UNICEF celebrity supporter Ms. Deepika Kumari has been invited as the Chief Guest for the programme. The Chief Engineer PMU; Director PMU, Executive Engineer, Ranchi West & UNICEF Officers are expected to attend the programme.
The venue details are – Doria Toli, Ward No- 8, Beside Ring Road, South Tundul (Behind Dhurwa Cricket Stadium on Ring Road).
