Ranchi, Jharkhand | June | 20, 2019 :: Practice session of yoga by Yog Mitra Mandal to celebrate International Yoga day was held in Ranchi, today.
Members practiced the asanas, Pranayama and Dhyan under the guidence of their Guru jee/ Chief Yoga instructor, Dr. Parinita Singh.
One of the member Bhawana Bhakat told that I am doing yoga since six years and I saw lots of changes before and after doing yoga, she added.
Another member and senior citizen Arun kumar Prasad Singh told that Meditation in Yoga is too good for the mental peace.
My wife was not able to walk properly but now she is able to walk smoothly
Yoga specialists and instructor Dr. Parinita Singh told that Yoga is the essential need of the today’s era, where everyone’s health is deteriorating day by day.
She said we all should try to give st least few minutes for yoga.
Yoga helps us to be one pointedness and helps to develop positive Energy, she added.
In today’s session, Shobhana Kumud, Jyoti, Bhawana, Bharti, Anita, Anweshangi, Sarita, Verna, Sheela, Indu, Seema, Mallika, Akanksha, Atun Prabha, Awadh and many more were present.
