“Rotary Ranchi South” will start a Rotaract club among 30 college students 02nd November, 2014

Ranchi, Jharkhand 01 November 2014 :: “Rotary Ranchi South” will start a Rotaract club among 30 college students  02nd November, 2014 in YMCA, Dhurwa at 11:00AM. Rtn. Sangeeta Sharan Past President of Rotary Ranchi South is the speaker for this occasion and she will explain these students about the Rotract Club.

Rotaract is an organization of young adults (between the age of 18 and 30) of different professional and educational backgrounds that is defined neither by religious nor political motives. The word Rotaract stands for “Rotary and Action”. Clubs around the world also take part in international service projects, in a global effort to bring peace and international understanding to the world. The purpose of Rotaract is to provide an opportunity for young men and women to enhance the knowledge and skills that will assist them in personal development, to address the physical and social needs of their communities, and to promote better relations between all people worldwide through a framework of friendship and service. Rotaract is one of the largest youth organizations in the world with around 175000 members in about 7500 clubs in 156 countries of the world.
