26 August 2013 :: Shah Rukh Khan’s Chennai Express has crossed the Rs 202 crore mark, beating the record set by Aamir Khan’s 3 Idiots.The film is now tagged with All time Blockbuster By this Director Rohit Shetty’s had broken all records in Bollywood, hence making him the most successful director of Indian cinema.
However, Aamir’s ,3 Idiots, which co-stars Kareena Kapoor, is still the biggest earner worldwide, having collected a total of Rs 392 crores at home and abroad. That’s the next record Chennai Express will be chugging towards breaking. Chennai Express is at 314 Crore mark.
Chennai Express also set the record of fastest entry in 100 Crore Club. Film is still running in Cinema Halls.
