Ranchi, Jharkhand | November | 07, 2017 :: Painter busy in painting on a divider ahead of 17th foundation day celebrations to be attended by President of India Ram Nath Kovind in Ranchi, on Tuesday. Inauguration and foundation day laying ceremony of varius schemes will also be done during the programme and the people will also be made aware of the achievements done during the last two and a half years as well as the schemes to be brought in the future benefitting the common man apart from various other events on the foundation day.
