Lohardaga, Jharkhand 25 November 2014 :: Voting was held for thirteen seats of Jharkhand Vidhansabha in Phase one. These seats are Chatra, Gumla, Bishunpur, Lohardaga, Manika, Latehar, Panki, Daltonganj, Vishrampur, Chatarpur, Hussainabad, Garhwa & Bhawnathpur. Voting was started on 7am. The future of 199 candidate are closed in EVM in Phase one. The highest polling was recorded in Palamau’s Bhavnathpur constituency
