Ranchi, Jharkhand | September | 22, 2017 :: As said by Mahatma Gandhi: “The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others.” And for such a noble cause Xavier Institute of Social Service has always stood at the forefront. XISS along with JSAC organized a blood donation camp at GEL CHURCH COMPLEX under the supervision of Professor Viplava Thakur and Atul Gera. The camp was put up by the students of PDGM –IT 2017-19 and started at 11 am and continued till 4 pm. It was satisfying to see that people know the advantages of blood donation for themselves and for the society and they actively participated for such a noble cause. Students were able to guide people towards a satisfying experience of donating blood. This shows that people are eager to participate in such helpful cause and contribute to the betterment of society.
