Rajat Sethi, who is an alumnus of IIT-Kharagpur, MIT and Harvard in the US, was part of the election team that worked behind the scenes in formulating the strategy that helped BJP win Assam Assembly polls this year.
In his thirties, Sethi also has a Masters in public policy.
