Rajiv Gauba : New Chief Secretary, Jharkhand

Ranchi, Jharkhand 27 January 2015 :: Rajiv Gouba took charge as is the New Chief Secratary of Jharkhand. He is  a 1982 batch IAS officer & was appointed as the new Chief Secretary of the state on 20th of January 2015. He replaces Sajal Chakraborty
