Delhi, 20 Feb 2012 :: On the occasion of Maha-shivratri people of Delhi worshiped the god Shiva & parvati whole day. People were in fasting, they offered bael-leaves, flower, Bhaag, dutaer to Lord Shiva. At the evening devotees organised the jhaanki that is a spiritual walk to the temple in which one of the devotee prepare himself just like Lord Shiva on the day of marriage and sit on the cow-bull and proceed to the temple, all the devotees keep chaantings the mantras ” Om Namah Shivaya”.
