Ranchi, Jharkhand 12 February 2015 :: ????????? ???? ??? ??? ??????? was inaugurated by Raghubar Das [ Chief Minister, Jharkhand ] in Morhababi Maidan, Ranchi, Jharkhand. On this occasion C.P. Singh [ Minister, Jharkhand ], Louis Marandi [ Minister, Jharkhand ], Saryu Rai [ Member, Vidhan Sabha, Jharkhand ], Rajiv Gouba [ CS, Jharkhand ] and other diginitaries were present. Mahotsav will continue till 27th of February 2015. Its Entry fee will be 10 Rupees. Folk Artist from different Sates will perform in the Mahotsav. There is a special stall for Voter Identity Card.
