A two-day International Conference on Recent Advances in the Field of Commerce and Finance was organized by Amity College of Commerce and Finance, Amity University Jharkhand with the blessings of their Founder President Dr. Ashok K. Chauhan and Dr. Atul Chauhan, Chancellor, Amity University Jharkhand in association with the Federation of Jharkhand Chamber of Commerce and Industries on 11th November 2022.
Mr. U. Ramachandran, Senior Vice-President and Mr. Gauravh Gupta, Vice-President, Amity Education Group congratulated the students, faculty members and staff for hosting the event successfully.
The Guests of Honor of inaugural day were Mr. Aditya Malhotra, Vice-President, Jharkhand Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Dr. Sandeep Gopalan, Vice-Chancellor, Carolina University USA. The Chief Guest of the session here was Mr. Bashiru Aremu, Vice-Chancellor, Crown University International Chartered Inc, UNESCO Laureate while technical session was chaired by Dr. D Kumaresan, Professor & Director, PG Department of Commerce KSR College of Arts and Science for Women, Tamil Nadu.
The second day was witnessed by Guest of Honour Dr. D Kumaresan, Professor & Director, PG Department of Commerce KSR College of Arts and Science for Women, Tamil Nadu, Muhammad Mahboob Ali, Professor of Economics, Dhaka School of Economics as session chairperson. Prof. Ashish Gadekar, Prof. and Dean in faculty of Management, University of Northampton was the chief guest of the valedictory ceremony.
As many as 13 research papers were presented by students and research scholars across the nation.
Dr. Ashok K. Srivastava, Pro Vice-Chancellor, Amity University Jharkhand shared his good wishes for organizing such a relevant and important event focusing research in the fields of commerce and finance.
The event was attended by Prof. Dr. Ajit Kr. Pandey, Dean (Academics), Dr. S. A. Pandey, Director Law, Dr. Vikas Mishra, Director, Engineering and Applied Sciences, Senior members and dignitaries from head office Noida and Mr. Prabhakar Tripathi, Registrar of the university.
The vote of thanks of the inaugural session was proposed by Dr. Shovona Choudhury, Head of Institution, Amity College of Commerce and Finance, Amity University Jharkhand.
