Vidya Bharti School, Surya Nagar, Gzb. Delhi NCR, India Celebrated its Annual Day . The programme began amidst the chanting of
mantras and invoking god’s blessing. School president Dr. C. Bhansali and the General Secretary of the school, Dr. D.S. Lunia, along with the
principal Mr. Jay kumar Sing, welcomed the chief guest Mr. Pradeep Jain, MOS Rural development, other distinguished guests, special invitees, media and parents. The programme was inaugurated by Sh. Arvinder Singh Lovely-Minister of Education & Transport, Delhi. Renowned Industrialist and social Activist Mr. & Mrs. Pradeep and Ponam Garg lighted the lamp. This was followed by presentation of memento to our esteemed guests . To mark the occasion Anubhati, the school magazine, was also released by Hon’ble Ved Pratap Vaidik. The Dance drama ‘A Date with Delhi’ unraveled the journey of
our very own ‘DELHI’. The recipients of special prizes and awards were felicitated on this occasion. Dr. C. Bhansali appreciated the efforts of the teachers and students & Motivated them to continue on their path of glory & success. The entire event was sponsored by Ashok Gupta, C.M.D Ajnara Group.
The Theme ‘ A DATE WITH DELHI’ is based on the journey of delhi from Indraprastha to Lal Kot to Tughalakabad to Shahjahanabad to Dilli……..to Delhi.
