Dhanbad | June | 18, 2018 :: Dr Sunil Barnwal Principal Secretary to Chief Minister has received the Ph.D. degree at IIT(ISM) Dhanbad from the Director of the institute Prof. Rajiv Shekhar in presence of the Chief guest Prof. Ashutosh Sharma, Secretary to Government of India, Department of Science & Technology, Chairman of Institute Prof. D. D. Mishra, Registrar Col. M.K. Singh and other academic members.
Before receiving the degree Dr Barnwal had the opportunity to read out and take the pledge in Sanskrit and English. His topic of research in the Ph.D. Program was “ User acceptance of e-governance services in the Indian context: an exploratory study” under the department of management studies.
