Homage to Dr. A. P. J. Abdul Kalam
Ranchi, Jharkhand | October | 16, 2017 :: The campus of Sarala Birla Public School vibrated with enthusiasm on 14th October 2017. Students of Std. VI-XII showcased their talent in the Inter-House Science, Social Science and Craft exhibition cum competition in the school. Total of more than 130 projects were displayed in the exhibition. The judges Dr. Ashok Kumar Acharyaand Dr. (Mrs.) Shalini Lal from Ranchi university appreciated the work of the students and said that the innovative ideas that the students shared, shows their capability to do wonders in life. The highlight of all the projects was the model on ‘Aeropenies’ wherein students represented a process by which plants can be grown without the use of soil. Live painting by Zoya Akhter and Nitesh Patar of Std. IX was appreciated widely by all.The exhibition received overwhelming response both from parents as well as students.
The first position was bagged by Atharvaveda & Samveda house. The 2nd position by Yajurveda and 3rd position by Rigveda house.
School Head Personnel & Admin. Pradip Varma appreciated the work of the students and said that these exhibitions help the students in enhancing their logical reasoning ability.
Principal Mrs. Paramjit Kaur said that ‘Effervescence’ was an endeavour to motivate children to conceptualize the ideas and put it into action.
