Ranchi, 11 October 2012 :: Grand Opening of Expo Ustav 2012 was Held in Ranchi. Utsav was inagurated by Deputy Chief Minisrter of jharkhand Hemant Soren. guest of Honour was HRD minister Baijnath Ram. Utsav which is organised by Junior Chamber International will continue till 15th of October 2012.
