Ranchi, Jharkhand 25 August 2014 :: Foundation stone laying ceremony of ‘Indian Institute of Agricultural Biotechnology’ was done by Union Agriculture Minister Radha Mohan Singh at Garh Khatanga village near Ranchi. Minister Radha Mohan Singh along with Ranchi MP Ramtahal Choudhary, Jharkhand Agriculture Minister Yogendra Saw and Ranchi MLA CP Singh, also lighted the lamp during foundation stone laying ceremony.
