Ranchi, Jharkhand | October | 06, 2018 :: Confederation of Indian Industry opened its doors to Industrial Relations Conclave which mainly focussed on Employee Relations Strategy for Sustainable Business Growth.
The program brought out perspectives of different panel members who are well known practioners of varied HR and IR fields who discussed about the current trends in the dynamic and fast changing VUCA business world.
The panellists and guest of honour were eminent industrial personalities who have made a worthy impact on the Employee Relations and Human Resources world with their continuous efforts and knowledge
The conclave deliberated on the issues that the industries have been currently grappling with and how do individuals and government deals with these prevalent issues and stressed on the importance and understanding of union and management relations over the years.
The panel discussion stressed on the important employee relations topics like Management and Union Perspective in dealing with Millennial Workforce, Best Practices followed by Unions and Management while dealing with Paradigm Shift in Employee Relations and Labour Reforms that touched upon the legal framework for employee relations.
Each Panel consisted of a session moderator and panellists who spoke mainly about the evolvement of the management and union relations over the years and spoke about development of one’s individual capacity and organisational capability in this dynamic business environment that has been seemingly developing on personnel, technological and ideological grounds over the years.
The session was concluded with an interaction session between the audience and the panellists respectively
