Ranchi, Jharkhand 18 November 2014 :: The 1st Wushu CBSE School Games Concluded successfully at Godwin Public School , Meerut. The tournament was started 0n 14th of November.
In this first championship of CBSE schools 126 schools from around the country with a strength of approx 1000 players and officials were participated.
Aman Rai ( DPS, Dhanbad), Udit and Rahul won Gold medals in Sanshou category while Deepsikha
( DPS Dhanbad) and Sameer Titung ( DAV Bariatu) won Silver medals, Vivek Dubey, Sachin Bason, Suraj Dev( all from Dhanbad) and Aryan from DAV Bariatu, Ranchi won Bronze medals.
Jharkhand wushu Associations officials Mr Kunal Basu, Sunil Sahu, Manish Jaiswal, Rajkumar Jain, Sanjeev Prasad, Sarojini Lakra, Uday Sahu, Chanchal Bhattacharya, Amar Priyadarshi , Anil Jaiswal Viajy lombo, Shailendra Dubey, Deepak Gope, Sanjay Mandal, Ratnesh Kumar congratulated the player and their coaches for this success.
Shashikant Pandey and (Dhanbad) and Dhananjay Gautam ( JSR) were participated in this championship as technical officials.
