10. About Photo :: Moon is always a superb subject to shot for any nature photographer and specially a Super Moon. I found myself bit fortunate to capture that amazing details of the surface along with shadow of a high flying bat. To make it look more gigantic and huge I have added an aircraft from another image and the resulted image is awesomely amazing.
I have taken this image from my roof top only from Ghaziabad.
Super Moon occurs when the full moon coincides with the closest point in the Moon’s orbit around Earth, resulting in a moon that is about 14% bigger and 30% brighter. This slight increase has led to the phenomenon gaining a nickname of SUPER MOON. Next will be on Monday 28-Sept-15
