Ranchi, 24 August 2013 :: Oath ceremony of Council of Ministers of Jharkhand was held at Birsa Mandap, Raj Bhavan, Ranchi. Three of the Minister of Jharkhand, Dadai Dubey, Mannan Malik & Yogendra Sao took the Oath from Governor Syed Ahmed. During the Oath Ceremony Chief Minister of Jharkhand Hemant Soren was also present.
