This was decalared by Bhishma Narayan SIngh [ Editor Utkal Mail ] in a meeting organized by JUJ in Tamar, Jharkhand. On this occassion Sheo Kumar Agarwal [ Gen Sec JUJ ] and other senior members including a large number of members from from different districts were present.
