18 June 2014 :: Medium pacer Stuart Binny’s record six wickets for four runs gave India a 47-run win via the Duckworth Lewis Method against Bangladesh. Seamer Binny ran through Bangladesh’s batting line-up with a career-best 6 for 4 the best figures by an Indian bowler in ODIs. Karnataka all rounder Binny bowled a dream spell of bowling against Bangladesh at the Sher-e-Bangla Stadium.
Karnataka bowler Stuart Binny, who was playing only his third ODI, broke Anil Kumble’s world record (6/12 against West Indies in 1993) to create history with his 6/4 spell.
He is son of former Indian test cricketer, Roger Binny.
