Judge Supreme Court of India Justice S A Bobdey, Acting Chief Justice Jharkhand High Court Justice P K Mohanty, Judge High Court of Jharkhand and Executive Chairman JHALSA Justice D N Patel and Judge Jharkhand High Court and Chairman High Court Legal Service Committee Jusice H C Mishra were also present on this occasion.
