Dumka, Jharkhand 17 December 2014 :: “There is a difference in the way I think and the way the Prime Minister thinks. He feels that he can develop Jharkhand while sitting in New Delhi, I do not agree with this.” said AICC Vice President Rahul Gandhi while  addressing an election campaign rally at Mohal Pahari, Shirsa ground, Baramashiya of Sikaripara assembly constituency of Jharkhand on Wednesday.
