Anuvrat Environment Workshop :: A step towards preserving Environment

Delhi, India | June | 06, 2016 :: On the occasion of World Environment Day  Anuvrat Samiti Delhi organised ANUVRAT ENVIRONMENT WORKSHOP for the NGO ‘Khul k Giyo’ with more than 70 children. Oswal youth club were the co-partners’ for the programme. The programme commenced with a melodious recitation of Anuvrat Geet by  Surendra Nahata. There were some interesting performances by children and advisor  Satyapal Chawla felicitated them.  Arun Sancheti [ Sec. Anuvrat Mahasamiti ] said that such programmes are necessary to spread awareness about environment and donated money  for the education of a kid. Paying homage to Acharya Tulsi Advisor Shanti Jain said that Gurudev Tulsi’s dream of spreading Anuvrat to the masses can be achieved only through such programmes. Dr.P.C.Jain congratulated Kishan, Sneha  and Neha Suri being so committed towards educating these children. Vice pres. Shantilal Patawari gave  tips on how through small efforts and  a little self control  we can make a huge difference to environment. Sec Dr.Kusum Lunia asked everyone to take a pledge for being sensitive towards  the environment. Representatives of many organizations graced the occasion. The programme was hosted br Dr. Hansa Sancheti and Manoj Khater gave the vote of thanks. Sweets were distributed and matresses donated to the NGO.  Kishan ji honoured dignitaries by presenting a plant of Tulsi to all. The workshop ended by planting trees .
