The process of taking loans from the corporation has been made flexible. Such youth are also getting more grants. The facility of credit is being provided only for the development of economic activities. As a result of the amendment in the loan cum grant amount, now 40% grant amount is being received for self-employment. Earlier, this amount was 25% with a maximum of Rs 2.5 lakh. After the amendment, the youth are getting a 40% grant or up to a maximum amount of Rs 5 lakh. In this way, the scheme is providing self-employment with means like trading, manufacturing and vehicles to the youth of Jharkhand and they are moving towards discharging their role in the development of the state.
