Dhanbad, Jharkhand 09 December 2014 :: While addressing to huge gathering of people at Barbadda airstrip in Dhanbad on Tuesday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said fractured mandate leads to form a coalition government. In coalition government, power is in the hands of thekedars, which hinders the development. He urged for a cleared mandate in Jharkhand. Modi was on campaign trail for the assembly election which going to be held on 14th of December 2014.
