IIM Ranchi Inaugurates MDP on Leadership & Managerial Development for Executives of Kotak Mahindra Bank

IIM Ranchi inaugurated a two-day Management Development Program (MDP) on Leadership and Managerial Development for the executives of Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited. This program aims to enhance leadership capabilities, equipping participants with the necessary skills to navigate challenges in dynamic business environments.

The inauguration began with a warm welcome by Prof. Manish Kumar, Program Director, who provided an overview of the program and its objectives. Prof. Amit Sachan, Dean of Executive Education & Consultancy, appreciated the dedication of the participants and introduced them to IIM Ranchi’s vision for executive learning. The ceremony included a traditional lamp lighting, followed by a group photo session.

Throughout the program, participants will engage in sessions covering key leadership competencies, including conflict management and negotiation, leading high-performing teams, transformational and adaptive leadership, and managing change and innovation. The curriculum is designed to provide practical insights and strategies that can be applied to real-world business scenarios.
