Ranchi, Jharkhand 11 March 2015 :: Opposition MLAs of Jharkhand led by JMM’s Leader of opposition Hemant Soren, wore face masks to the House to fidicule the state government for having failed to control the spread of swine flu that claimed three victims in the last 48 Hours in the state. As the MLAs tropped into the House with face masks JVM legislature party leader Pradeep yadav moved an adjournment motion and sought a special debate on Swine flu. Hemant soren backed the motion.
Apart from Hemant Soren and Pradeep Yadav, the other Opposition MLA’s who wore face mask were Stephen Marandi, Nalin Soren, Jai Prakash Bhai Patel, Kunal Sarangi, Ravindra Nath Mahto, Joba Manjhi & Anil Murmu [ All from JMM ], Bidesh Singh [ Congress ] and Arup Chatterjee [ MCC ]
