(In Hindu Dharma, Purnima (Full moon day) is known for its spiritual importance and significance. Many festivals are observed on purnima day. Few hindu communities wake up early in the morning and take a holi dip (purnima snan) in the river and observe fast for the whole day. Observing Satyanarayan vrat is also considered auspicious on this day.)
