prime-minister-yoga-day New Delhi, June 21, 2015 :: International Yoga day: India Attempts World Record with PM Modi being the motivation.
“Yoga to discover the sense of oneness amongst ourselves, the world and the nature – PM Modi “ With this strong belief and enthusiasm India celebrated this day with great passion across the globe and people in India actively participated in several events organized across the country, including in New Delhi where Prime Minister Narendra Modi motivated everyone by doing all the asanas at Rajpath. A record breaking number of participation was observed in Delhi Rajpath and the arrangements included big digital screens screening the event live from Rajpath, where security arrangements were also commendable.

Over 30,000 people had gathered at Rajpath to take part in the World Yoga Day celebrations. In the guidance of Yoga guru Baba Ramdev and instructors, both the PM and the public performed asanas (postures) and pranayams (breathing exercises) on Sunday. This day has certainly marked a history.
