Ranchi, Jharkhand 03 March 2015 :: Ramesh Kumar Panday, dean of faculty of Science is diputed as the New Vice Chancellor of Ranchi University, Ranchi. Pandey, who is also head of the post Graduate department of Botany has over 37 years of Experience in teaching and research activities.He took over the charge after the tenure of L.N.Bhagat, wose term ended on 31st January 2015.
A post doctoral fellow from University of Nottingham, UK, Pandey has published several papers in National and International journals.
He was the student of KMPM, Jamshedpur, where he did his Schooling & finished his Higher Education till his PhD from Ranchi University.
Ramesh Kumar Pandey had earlier served as the Pro vice Chancellor of Nilamber Pitamber University [ Medininagar ] & was also Director of Academic Staff College under Ranchi University.
