IIM Ranchi Successfully Completed Campus Recruitment Programme for 2021-23 Batch
There are 398 students in the MBA Programme (2021-23), whereas 69 and 35 students respectively, have studied in the programmes of MBA HR and MBA Business Analytics.
Students have received job offers from 140 recruiters for highly sought-after positions.
The highest participation is seen from the recruiters of BFSI sector (15.3%), closely followed by those from Consulting (14.6%), FMCG (13.9%) and IT/ITES (13.2%).
The highest CTC for the MBA Programme is 65.00 Lacs per annum, offered for international assignments, while the mean and median CTC are at 17.34 Lacs per annum and 16.50 Lacs per annum respectively.
The average of top 10 percentile of offers is 29.77 LPA, while the average of top 25 percentile of offers is 23.83 LPA. The strength of the MBA 21-23 Batch is 398.
