Ranchi, Jharkhand April 18, 2015 :: Jharkhand Chief Minister Raghubar Das handing over chaque of Rs. Two Lakh to widow of Martyar Major Sankalp Shukla at his resident in Ranchi on Saturday.
Lieutenant-Colonel Sankalp Shukla, 35, who was killed in a terrorist attack in Jammu and Kashmir’s Uri, danger was all too familiar over the years. Seven other armymen had died with him in the suicide attack at the army camp, which comes days before the third phase of the assembly elections.
