The Effect of Cultural Yogasana on Physiological System
There are mainly three types of Yogasana :
1. Meditative
2. Cultural
3. Relaxative.
In Cultural Asanas, the spine is bent forward, backward, sideways and twisted.
Thereby the vertebral column becomes flexible.
Flexibility removes the difficulty of movement in the body.
The body is rejuvenated due to the circulation of sufficient amount of fresh blood to various parts of the body and thus becomes filled with freshness and vitality.
